3 Zimmer Wohnung in Altona (Neue Mitte)

We are renting a large apartment on the fourth floor of a new build in Neue Mitte Altona.The apartment is 3 room with a loggia off the living room and a separate balcony off one of the other rooms. The living room looks west, across Ottensen, with privacy, open views and excellent sunsets. It has a large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, as well as a guest toilet. There is a fitted kitchen in the open plan living space. It has an Abstellraum with connections for the washing machine and dryer.There is an underground carpark. We do not have a space, so cannot confirm availability and cost. There are two underground bike storage rooms, with lots of free spaces for bicycles.We are still confirming the date when the apartment will be available. Earliest is the beginning of February, but it may be the beginning of March. We are happy to try and work a convenient moving date for you wherever possible.
